Kai Muzzulin

Kai is a Connecticut illustrator, creating work out of Norfolk, CT. She is a go getting, fast paced illustrator that enjoys illustrating with traditional mediums such as watercolor, oils, and gouache.

She aspires to work with children’s literature and bringing more color and inspiration to library walls and classrooms. Pushing the barriers between reality and myth, she aims to create new creatures that children can connect to and have fun with in their imagination.

Kai is a recent graduate of the Hartford Art School, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and earning the Irma & Mort Handel Illustration Award. She plans to apply to illustration agencies and work on publishing children’s books.
